G5 Classics Exhibition
G5 creators unveiled and presented their hand-crafted replicas of ancient monuments in the BBGM Library at our 2nd Annual Egyptian Exhibition. Speaking with fluency and confidence, they explained their research on the original monument - its construction, history, and purpose – before comparing it to their own designs.
近期，在深贝外图书馆举行的第二届年度埃及展览上，G5学生们以他们亲手打造的古代建筑模型为引，轻柔地揭开了古埃及的神秘面纱。他们侃侃而谈，不疾不徐地道来原建筑背后的故事——从建造工艺到历史渊源，再到功能用途——故纸堆仿佛化为纷飞的蝴蝶，轻盈地落入同学们的心间。屏幕上的原建筑与展示者手头的创作品相映成趣，历史的光造就现在的影，学子们记住了源头的光，描摹了多种生动的影，两相对比妙味横生。
From a clay Sphinx to a shoe-box Tomb of Tutankhamun, cardboard temples to Minecraft pyramids, students selected and created with a wide variety of thoughtful materials. Collaborating with partners to share the work, our G5 students nurtured their abilities to work as team, present in front an audience, and create a piece which inspires others to ponder - and share in - the mystery and glory of the ancient world!
在这些跳跃的影中，我们见到栩栩如生的黏土狮身人面像，创意十足的鞋盒版图坦卡蒙墓，我们还得以一窥纸板神庙和奇妙的《我的世界》金字塔。学子们的创作力肆意飞扬，材料别出心裁，尽显匠心独运。作品是合作的结晶，展示是搭档的共舞，在作品分享的舞台上，G5学子们的团队协作、公众展示和艺术创作能力得以进一步磨练和精进。而台下那一双双欣赏的眼睛，注目台上，也因这些作品望见古代世界的神秘与辉煌，燃起好奇和思索的火光。
